RETURNS and WARRANTY
Allsop Home & Garden stands behind our products with a one year warranty from date of purchase for manufacturer's defects only -- this does not include battery issues. Proof of purchase is necessary for warranty replacment. If you feel your product is defective, please contact us for troubleshooting. We are happy to provide parts, new batteries, replacment pieces to get your item back up and running.
While we hope you're overjoyed with your purchase from Allsop Home & Garden, sometimes it just doesn't work out. If you have purchased from us directly, and have your order number and original packaging, you can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping. We do not offer to pay for shipping, nor do we submit shipping labels for returns.
We can not accept returns of certain items, including:
- * Items that are more than 30 days past purchase date
- * Items that are not in orignal condition with original packaging
- * Products that are damaged or missing parts
- * Any product missing the serial number or UPC
- * Products not purchased directly from Allsop Home & Garden. Please note that we are happy to assist with troubleshooting.
If you have an item that meets the return criteria - please contact us within one month of purchase, and we will issue a RMA number. Please do not send back items without a RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers can not be processed.
All sales are final for orders shipped internationally - no returns or exchanges can be accepted. We can offer warranty advice for any item; however, we are unable to mail any warranty parts internationally. If you purchased your product from a retailer or online in Canada, please contact the place of purchase directly regarding any issues.
